The Man Behind the Golf
Golf has played a major role in my life since I found my first golf ball in a cornfield growing up in Indiana. I sold it over the fence to some golfers on the course, and that is when I became a golf entrepreneur. Soon after, I progressed along to become a caddie, junior golfer, college player, and finally, professional. As a professional golfer I entered into the greatest stage golf has to offer: The PGA Tour. On tour, I played in over 300 events worldwide, and was awarded a lifetime membership.
After my competitive career, I began to focus on creating new ways to get more kids and families introduced to the game of golf. I then would help them to grow in the game through my instructional writings, videos, creative training aids and golf equipment.
Below is a short pictorial overview of my golf journey from since I was a young lad. If you would like to read a more in-depth account of my golf journey, see the link at the end of this page, which includes a selection of YouTube videos .
